Yes, I have done it again. For the last month, I have spent every waking moment, not otherwise occupied, reading Christmas poems looking for the best classic Christmas poems for a new book. So let the bells ring out!

If you have a Christmasy itch to satisfy, this book contains some of my favorite Holiday poems as well as poems that were new to me – each new discovery was like opening a surprise gift. As with any project of this kind – when your mind become filled with rhymes and meter it can be hard to stop. But I decided that 100 such poems would be a worthwhile goal, although I am sure there are great poems that I have missed… I don’t think we as a society read or hear enough poetry (outside of rap, of course), so here is my contribution.
