New Vampire Limerick Based on the Name Borman
Often, when I am waiting at the doctor’s office or similar settings, I will occupy my time making up limericks based on the names of people’s name tags I will randomly see.
This was the case for the limerick which follows. For this poet, the fun comes in solving the puzzle for what rhymes with the name, and what kind of quick story can I sketch out!
I am also fond of making up limericks with a vampire theme.
Blood and Guts
There once was a vampire named Borman,
Who hid out for a while as a corpsman.
And sometimes she tried,
So not every sailor died,
But she was really just there for the gore, man!
If you enjoy this poem, you can find more vampire limericks in my kindle book through this link: Vampire Limericks and other Bits of Humor.
Here is a piece of vampire art by the artist Edvard Munch!
